About Us

     KV Property Centre Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 24 January 2005 with the objective of providing a more cost effective way to advertise properties for sale or to let in the KlangValley ("KV") via internet. Evidence, particularly in USA has confirmed that Internet has become the prime tool for people looking for property to buy or rent. Our Website, propertycentre.com.my is launched on 3rd June 2005.

     We believe that this alone may not be sufficient; hence our Website will eventually be supported by an extensive network of physical centres in this KV region. Our first Property Centre has already been established in Shah Alam. Towards the 3rd quarter of 2005, we planned to set up the second Property Centre in the Damansara area. This will allow property hunters to make the search by either browsing through our website or perhaps visit our property centres. We are, in fact, the only property portal in Malaysia to be supported by such physical property centres.  

     Our Website which is designed to be Friendly, Informative, Simple and Easyto follow will be continuously promoted to ensure that properties advertised on here reach out to as many potential buyers as possible. Each property advertised on this Website has five (5) photographs to give the potential buyer a good picture of the property for sale, hence, allowing preliminary short listing for physical visit thereby saving time. Our main purpose is to make selling, buying and renting of properties easier with the focus of ensuring it to be a pleasant experience for seller, buyers, tenants and landlords/landladies.

•  To provide owners/agents a more cost-effective way to advertise properties for sale.
•  To make property search easier and less time consuming for property hunters.
• To provide value-added support to owners intending to sell their properties on their own.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Other services provided include the following:-

• Providing house call for property photos taking services and assisting owners or clients publish their properties for a small fee.
• Helping owners coordinate appointments to view their properties; a nominal fee may be chargeable.
• Providing a list of properties satisfying/close to the requirements of registered potential buyers

THE BRIEF PROFILE OF THE DIRECTORS

The directors of KV Property Centre Sdn Bhd and their profiles are as follows:-

Dato' Aidit Ghazali - Chairman

He was the Chief Executive at the Institute of Mind Development (INMIND); a think tank that looks into strategies and policy formulation for the realization of Vision 2020 and Selangor Maju 2005. Currently, he is the Founder/Principal Consultant of AKADEMI AIDIT, a training and consultancy institution that is dedicated to the inculcation and dissemination of Islamic and other noble universal virtues.

Mr. Chow Chee Kin -Executive Director

An engineering graduate and a Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. Chow was the Project Director (Auto Cluster) of UMW Corporation Sdn Bhd. He left after almost ten (10) years with the UMW Group to launch propertycentre.com.my.

Mr. Khoo Kay Chock - Non Executive Director

Mr. Khoo is a former Executive Director of UMW Holdings Bhd. He retired about five (5) years ago after having served the UMW Group for almost twenty-five (25) years. He currently still serves as a non executive director in one of UMW subsidiaries.
