1. INTRODUCTION

forms a binding contract between you and us each time an offer to place
an advertisement on our Website has been accepted by us.
2. NOT
ESTATE AGENTS
2.1 We are not estate agents thus we are not responsible for
the selling or renting out of your property.
We only charge you for advertisement
space and there is not commission chargeable when your property
is finally sold.
2.2
However, if you require, we can, on special arrangement assist in
helping you either coordinate
appointments for viewing
your property at a nominal fee or coordinate viewing of your
property
(provided it is vacant ) at a small
fee to cover disbursements incurred. This special arrangement is only
available for property owners
and the property is listed both on this Website and in any of our
physical property centres.
3. INVITATION
TO TREAT
Irregardless
of whether we have or have not received your monies for the purpose of
placing the advertisement, we reserve the right to accept your offer to
advertise on this Website. We are not obliged to state the reason for
being unable to accept your offer. However, we undertake to refund the
monies due to you within five (5) working days of notification that we
cannot accept your offer to place the advertisement on this Website.
4. NO
GUARANTEE
We
do not guarantee that your property advertised on this Website or any
other website linked to us either directly or indirectly will definitely
be sold or receive offers to purchase.
5. REPRESENTATIONS
& WARRANTY
You
hereby expressly represent and warrant to us the following:-

Rightful owner of the property to be advertised; or if the property does
not belong to you, a
mandate/authorization
has been granted to you by the rightful owner to advertise the property

our property centres which caused us to be sued by third party or

responsibility to comply with our advertising guidelines. You accept
full responsibility for incorrect
or inaccurate listing or for
inappropriate listing categorization.
7. ONE
ADVERTISEMENT FOR ONE PROPERTY ONLY
Each
property must be advertised separately on this website, hence, multiple
properties on one advertisement is strictly not permitted on this
Website.
8. MANDATORY
TO PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHS OF PROPERTY TO BE ADVERTISED

The concept of this Website is to enable property hunters find their
desired properties in the most
convenient way without
spending too much time, hence, the key to this is to provide as many
photographs as possible
to allow property hunters to carry out preliminary short listing for
eventual physical
viewing. We, therefore, reserve the right not to accept your offer to
advertise if these
mandatory photographs
and key information of the property are not provided.

we reserve the right to change the rates from time to time without
notification.
