6.2   The financial calculator included on this Website is to help give you an indication of the mortgage loan repayment you can expect based on loan amount, tenure and estimated interest rates keyed-in by you. We, therefore accept no liability if the actual mortgage loan repayment differs from the figure computed on this Website.
